Nova Bioenergiea do Brasil Ltda

Global Natural Resources Holding AG (GNR) sold on December 23, 2009 the right to subscribe for 730,000 bearer shares of GNR to Nova Bioenergia Do Brazil Ltda. (NB) and accorded NB the right to exercise the stipulated option in one or several steps as described in a Resolution. On April 30, 2010 GNR decided to annul the Resolution with retrospective effect and NB agreed to this annulment. GNR and NB agreed to release each other from any obligation stated in the Resolution. The option has been annuled. Therefore Nova Bioenergia falls below the thresholds of 5% and 3%.
