The Seventh Private Equity Portfolio I Sub-Fund of SEVENTH Private Equity Investments plc, Segrave House, 19/20 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2, Ireland which is an Irish regulated investment company of which Sjunde AP-fonden owns more than 99.9% of the issued share capital and 4.9% of the total voting rights has sold 1'395'000 shares of Castle Private Equity AG. In addition, Sjunde AP-fonden has directly sold 300'000 shares of Castle Private Equity AG. After this transaction Sjunde AP-fonden will hold directly 4,1% of the shares and indirectly the beneficial ownership in respect of an additional 0,9% of the shares of Castle Private Equity AG through Sjunde AP-fonden's participation in the Seventh Private Equity Portfolio I Sub-Fund. The voting rights connected to the 0.9% of shares in Castle Private Equity AG held by Seventh Private Equity Investment plc are exercised by LGT Capital Partners (Ireland) Limited.
