Ewok Capital Management Limited "Ewok"

Ewok has purchased CHF 1,971,002 zero coupon mandatorily convertible Series A notes of USIGH Limited, a subsidiary of USI, which mandatorily convert at a conversion price of CHF 13.5 into 146,000registered shares of USI subject to shareholder approvals and listing of the shares on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The notes are unlisted, in registered form, are guaranteed by USI and are repayable on 30 September 2015.
