Acting in its capacity as a US registered investment adviser, First Eagle Investment Management, LLC sold 17'500 shares of Autoneum Holding AG ("Autoneum") on January 17, 2014 on behalf of various client accounts. As a result, First Eagle Investment Managements ownership in Autoneum decreased below the 3% threshold to 134'228 shares, or 2,87% of the outstanding voting rights of Autoneum.
