The Shares of Altin AG are directly owned by the following entities: a) Metage Funds Limited (c/o Intertrust Corporate Services (Cayman) Limited, 190 Elgin Avenue, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1-9005, Cayman Islands ("MFL") b) Metage Segregated Portfolio Company - SP-Y Segregated Portfolio(c/o Intertrust Corporate Services (Cayman) Limited, 190 Elgin Avenue, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1-9005, Cayman Islands ("MSPC") Metage Capital Limited (2nd Flor, 210 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7EU, United Kingdom (the "Manager") acting as Investment Manager of MFL and MSPC. Richard Webb is the CEO of the Manager and, as such, is involved in the Investment decisions and exercise of all the voting rights.
