Under the current buyback programme, the Company has to date (22 December 2014) purchased 243,000 shares on its second trading line. A further 416,128 shares, that were bought under the previous share buyback programme, are also held in the books of the Company. In addition, 579,023 shares were tendered to the Company on 1 October 2014 through the exercise of tradable put options. Accordingly, the Company reports a total holding of 10% of its own shares. It is intended that all these own shares held by the company be cancelled in due course.
