All voting rights of the listed funds are managed and controlled by Essex Woodlands Health Ventures VIII, LLC. Essex Woodlands Health Ventures VIII, LLC is the general partner of Essex Woodlands Health Ventures VIII, LP. Essex Woodlands Health Ventures VIII, LP is the general partner of Essex Woodlands Health Ventures Fund VIII, LP (direct owner), Essex Woodlands Health Ventures Fund VIII-A, LP (direct owner) and Essex Woodlands Health Ventures Fund VIII-B, LP (direct owner).
