Arpad Busson

Mr Busson has committed to purchase up to a maximum of 4,411,764 shares in connection with the capital increase of the issuer dated 5 July 2016, subject to certain conditions. The previous disclosure was made under the assumption that such maximum number of shares would be allocated to Mr Busson. The number of shares that was actually allocated to Mr Busson is 1,470,588. As a result, Mr Busson's shareholdings in the issuer dropped below the threshold of 3%.
