Mandatory convertible loan of MCHF 3.5 Strike Price : CHF 1.36 Period: 12.05.2017 - 30.09.2022 Interest: 5.5% Remark: The new Airesis Shares shall be created ex authorized or conditional share capital, provided that Airesis'shareholders' assembly resolves on the creation of the required authorized or conditional share capital at the next shareholder assembly. Absent such approval, the lenders' and Airesis' conversion rights will lapse with immediate effect (without compensation), and the loans (principal and annualized interest) will be repaid at par on 30 September 2022.
