Change of address Tweedy, Browne Company LLC ("TBC") is an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). TBC is authorized to exercise the voting rights attached to 478,797 registered shares of Tamedia AG (collectively the "Shares"). The Shares are owned by various funds and managed accounts for clients of TBC who are the economic beneficiaries. TBC is not an economic beneficiary owner of the Shares. TBC has been delegated voting authority pursuant to separate investment advisory agreements between TBC and each of its clients (the "TBC Clients" and the "Direct Acquirers"). Further, each TBC Client has entered into separate custody agreements with a U.S.-based custodian bank of its choosing, which bank has in turn appointed a Swiss- based sub-custodian bank to hold their respective clients' positions in Swiss securities, including the Shares. TBC instructs each U.S.-based custodian, which in turn directs their respective Swiss-based sub-custodian, as to the disposition, acquisition and exercise of voting rights for the Shares owned by the Direct Acquirers. Please note that included in the Shares reported with this filing are 432,618 shares held by Tweedy, Browne Global Value Fund, a Direct Acquirer and economic beneficiary ("TBGVF"; a series (subdivision) of Tweedy, Browne Fund Inc. with head office at One Station Place, Stamford, CT 06902 / USA). Reference is made to the separate Disclosure of Shareholding relating to TBGVF dated 13 October 2017 which is accompanying this filing.
