In Addition to having entered with an existing shareholder of Lalique Group SA into a purchase agreement for 320.000 shares and a call Option agreement for up to 360.000 Shares, Dharampal Satyapal Limited entered with Lalique Group SA into an Investment Agreement according to which Dharampal Satyapal Limited shall subscribe for and shall be allocated up to 500.000 additional shares in Lalique Group SA in an upcoming capital increase. The present notification also covers these 500.000 Shares.
