There have been changes in equity positions: 1. The recent spike in Evolva shares price has resulted in 1`299`239 options being exercised in December 2019 (see separate report on conditional capital submitted through the Connexor platform). 2. Some grants expired at the end of the year. 3. The number of potential shares to be issued under the SEDA facility (announced in a press release in March 2017) has been recalculated by Yorkville based on the share price of 3.01.2020 of CHF 0.2150 and a discount of 5%. Yorkville informed Evolva about the crossing of the threshold of 20% on 6 January 2020, triggering this notification. Evolva AG is a 100% subsidiary of Evolva Holding SA.
