On 10 September 2020, Morgan Stanley entered into a separate agreement with each of Alfred Gantner, Marcel Erni and Urs Wietlisbach as counterparties to early terminate the financial instruments previously entered with each of them and consisting of a number of European options as previously disclosed (see last disclosure effective 16 July 2020 and dated 22 July 2020). As a result of the foregoing, upon completion of the termination process, Morgan Stanley will no longer have any of the option rights previously disclosed with respect to the shares subject to the terminated financial instruments.
