Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group SMFG

"CBJ" in its function as the trustee fur Global EV Revolution Mother Fund, a Japan-domiciled investment trust formed by Sumitomo Mitsui DS Asset Managmeent Company, Limited (SMDAM). SMFG has voting power in excess of 50.1% in SMDAM. The shares of u-blox Holding AG are held in the above Fund formed by SMDAM in 2018 and CBJ is acting as the trustee for the Fund. Pursuant ot the agreement with Robeco Switzerland AG, SMDAM delegates all of its investment discretion (including exercising voting rights) to Robeco Switzerland AG.
