The beneficiaries of Banque de Dépôts Trust, Guernsey, are issue of the group members 1 and 3; the trustee is EFG Private Bank (Channel Islands) Limited, Channel Islands, an indirect subsidiary of EFG International AG; the protector of the trust is Gestron SA, Geneva, a company equally owned by the group members 1 and 2; the appointor of the trust is group member 1. EFG International AG, Zurich, holds through two wholly-owned subsidiaries 13,321,261 shares (i.e. 9.08%) in EFG International AG as treasury shares.
