The shares in Cavamont Holdings Limited are held by: (i) Brunneria Limited (PO Box 309G, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands); (ii) East West Trust Company Limited (PO Box 2169, 4th Floor, FirstCaribbean House, Grand Cayman, KY1-1105, Cayman Islands); and (iii) Blue Seas Trust Company Limited (PO Box 2169, 4th Floor, FirstCaribbean House, Grand Cayman, KY1-1105, Cayman Islands).
