MassMutual is the ultimate parent company of several subsidiaries, including for purposes of this matter, MassMutual Holding LLC, MM Asset Management Holding LLC, Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp., OppenheimerFunds, Inc., OFI Trust Company, and OFI Institutional Asset Management, Inc. MassMutual Holding LLC is a holding company for certain MassMutual subsidiaries, including MM Asset Management. MM Asset Management Holding LLC is a holding company for certain MassMutual subsidiaries, including Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp. Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp. is the holding company for certain MassMutual subsidiaries, and is the direct parent of OppenheimerFunds, Inc. Oppenheimer Funds, Inc. is the direct parent company of OFI Institutional Asset Management, Inc. OFI Institutional Asset Management is the direct parent of OFI Trust Company.
