Ventureast and APIDC intend to gradually convert their direct participation in Evolva Biotech (P) Limited into a participation in Evolva Holding SA ("the Company"). As disclosed in the Prospectus of March 2013, the remaining purchase position of Ventureast/APIDC at that time amounted to 10,679,260 shares. The conversion is progressing in steps. The purchase position fell below 5% in March 2013 and below 3% on 9 August 2013, prompting this disclosure.
