Change in the chain of ownership with respect to Mr. Hochschild. Due to the transfer of the IMZ shares for which Mr. Hochschild is regarded to be the ultimate beneficial owner from HMHL to Inmaculada, the chain of ownership with respect to Mr. Hochschild disclosed in the notice published on October 11, 2013 has changed. The shares in International Minerals Corporation ("IMZ") for which Mr. Eduardo Hochschild is regarded to be the ultimate beneficial holder are directly held by Inmaculada Holdings S.A.C. ("Inmaculada") with registered office at Calle La Colonia 180, Santiago de Surco, Lima 33, Peru. 100% of Inmaculada's share capital is held by Compania Minera Ares S.A.C. ("CMA") with registered office at Calle La Colonia 180, Santiago de Surco, Lima 33, Peru. 99.99% of CMA's share capital is held by Hochschild Mining (Peru) S.A. ("HM") with registered office at Calle La Colonia 180, Santiago de Surco, Lima 33, Peru. 99.99% of HM's share capital is held by Hochschild Mining Holdings Limited ("HMHL") with registered office at 46 Albemarle Street, London W1S 4JL, United Kingdom. 100% of HMHL's share capital is held by Hochschild Mining plc ("HM plc") with registered office at 46 Albemarle Street, London W1S 4JL, United Kingdom.
