Group member 5 is wholly owned by Seforong LP, Deltec House, Lyford Cay, P.O. Box SP-64284, Nassau, Bahamas which in turn is wholly owned by group member 6. Mihale Ltd., Deltec House, Lyford Cay, P.O. Box SP-64284, Nassau, Bahamas, is the general partner of group member 5. Group member 4 wholly owns Mihale Ltd. and is appointed as a director of Mihale Ltd. Group member 6 acts as trustee of a trust which holds through group member 5 510,323 shares in Leonteq AG. The trust was settled by group member 4. Group member 7 holds 24.77% of the shares in Leonteq AG and is a wholly owned subsidiary of group member 8 holding 1.79% of the shares in Leonteq AG.
