The number and voting rights indicated in this table show the aggregate of the shareholding of the Recharge Group in Leclanché as of 1 July 2015 including 8'500'000 Leclanché shares which is the maximum number of shares that Recharge A/S will acquire based on a commitment to exercise financial instruments in Leclanché shares. The maximum number of 8'500'000 Leclanché shares is based on the assumption that the conversion shall not be limited by contractual obligations of Recharge A/S to which Recharge A/S' commitment of 30 June 2015 is subject. For calculation purposes, it is assumed that the entire conversion from the former Facility A and, to the extent required, from Facility B occurs as of 1 July 2015.
