The shares of the Company are held directly by: Valeria Gavazzi, Zug; Barguzin Holdings C.I. Limited, 1st & 2nd Floors, Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Brayes, St Peter Port, Guernsey ("BHCI"), which is directly owned by Barguzin Corporation N.V., Pietermaai 123, Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles ("BCNV"), which is controlled by Valeria Gavazzi by way of an usufruct mortis causa; and Barguzin Participation S.A., c/o LacMont AG, Hofstrasse 1A, 6300 Zug ("BPSA"), which is directly owned by (i) BHCI, which is directly owned by BCNV, and (ii) BCNV, which is controlled by Valeria Gavazzi by way of an usufruct mortis causa
