(c) Threadneedle Management Luxembourg S.A. 44, rue de la Vallée, L-2661 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, as authorized fund manager for certain Investment schemes. The ultimate parent of Threadneedle Management Luxembourg S.A. is Ameriprise Financial, Inc. Direct holders of the shares are multiple nominee companies. 2.
