Long share position has been tendered in relation to the tender offer on CEVA Logistics AG. Prior to the announcement of the takeover of CMA CGM S.A. for the shares of CEVA Logistics AG, the positions disclosed under Article 120 para.3 FMIA have been disclosed at the level of the entity effectively deciding how voting rights are exercised (Article 120 para. 3 FMIA and Article 22 para. 3 lit. a (1) FMIO-FINMA). The level of aggregation was changed during the takeover period. The positions previously disclosed at the level of Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP are now disclosed at the level of the ultimate controllers of this entity.
