On 4 July 2022,(i) FEMSA and Valora Holding AG entered into a transaction agreement regarding the voluntary public tender offer of FEMSA for all publicly held registered shares in Valora Holding AG and (ii) FEMSA entered into a tender undertaking with the largest shareholder of Valora Holding AG, in which such shareholder undertook to tender his shares into the offer. This notification is triggered by the end of the additional acceptance period.
