The Family Trust is an irrevocable and discretionary trust settled under the laws of Jersey by Ron Jaacov Greenbaum (Zug, Switzerland). Mr. Greenbaum, Mr. Greenbaum's wife (Gil Greenbaum (London, United Kingdom)) and Mr. Greenbaum's children and remoter issue are the beneficiaries of the Family Trust.
