SHAB vom 04.03.2003: SGS Société Générale de Surveillance Holding SA, Geneva, and the Disclosure Office of SWX Swiss Exchange were notified on 15 May 2002, by Worms & Cie, 25, av. Franklin D. Roosevelt, 75008 Paris, that its holding in SGS had reached the 20% threshold (1 564 568 registered shares). As of that date, the ownership chain was as follows: Giovanni Agnelli ec SAPAz held 100% of the voting rights of IFI Istituto Finanziario Industriale SpA which held 53,726% of the capital of the listed IFI Finanziaria di Partecipationi SpA. IFI Finanziaria di Partecipationi SpA held 79,816% of the capital fo IFIL Investments SA. IFIL Investments SA held 52,991% of the capital of Worms & Cie.
