Santhera Pharmaceuticals Holding AG discloses in accordance with Article 20 of the Swiss Federal Act on Stock Exchanges and Securities Trading and the amendments to SESTO-FBC that came into force on December 1, 2007, that as of January 14, 2008, the Company has sale positions pursuant to Art. 13 para. 1 b SESTO-FBC of 301,509 granted share purchase rights consisting of 301,509 share option rights (according to employee and executive stock option plans) which entitle holders of options to purchase a total of 301,509 registered shares of the Company. These 301,509 share option rights would correspond to 8.82% of voting rights if exercised. The exercise period of all below listed options is 10 years from the date of grant and the exercise of each of the below listed options entitles to the acquisition of one of the Company’s shares. On the last grant the exercise price was CHF 95.70.
