4M TECHNOLOGIES HOLDING SA informs that it has received a formal communication dated 25 February 2009 from Schroder & Co Banque SA in connection with its shareholding. According to such communication, the shareholding of Schroder & Co Banque SA must be considered as being below the 3% threshold set out under Art. 20 para. 1 of the Federal Act on Stock Exchanges and Securities Trading. In connection with the present information, 4M TECHNOLOGIES HOLDING SA also reports the additional communication received from Schroder & Co Banque SA, according to which (i) Schroder & Co Banque SA has never made any announcement of participation in 4M TECHNOLOGIES HOLDING SA, (ii) Schroder & Co Banque SA has never been entitled to exercise the voting rights in an independent manner and (iii) Schroder & Co Banque SA was inaccurately mentioned as a main shareholder in the prospectuses of 4M TECHNOLOGIES HOLDING SA and on the website of the SIX Swiss Exchange.
