Note 1: Change of Share Capital With the registration of the new share capital on October 6, 2009 ETICOIL has fallen below the threshold of 66 2/3 (the share capital has changed from 6,457,500 to 7,350,000). On October 6, 2009 ETICOIL held 3,716,543 (50.57%) plus a convertible bond (Wandelanleihe) which corresponds to 12.24%; i.e. a total of voting rights (entire shareholding) of 62.81%.
