We refer to the disclosures of shareholdings in Züblin Immobilien Holding AG ("Züblin") dated 17. October 2006, 7 October 2008, 25 November 2009 and 17 November 2010 and notify you of the changes described in this letter. This changes should be read in the context of the original disclosures. Today, Barron International Holdings Ltd. trasferred its 4'356'344 shares in Züblin (7.29% of Züblin's voting rights pursuant to the current inscription in teh commercial register of 59'724'486 shares) to Barron Investments Limited. Barron International Holdings Ltd. P.O. Box 472, 50 Town Range, Gibraltar,. Barron International Holdings Ltd. is controlled by The Barron Trust, whose trustee is Nerine Trust Company Ltd. P.O. Box 434, Nerine House, St. George's place, St. Peter Port, GY13ZG, Guernsey, was founded in favour of members of the family of Jan Bosch.
