As of 8 June 2011, Swiss Re Ltd holds 363,434,309 shares in Swiss Reinsurance Company Ltd, corresponding to 98.03% of the voting rights. Swiss Re Ltd will file a request with the competent court to invalidate the remaining shares in Swiss Reinsurance Company Ltd.
