Castle Private Equity AG

On 10 April 2012, the board of directors of Castle Private Equity AG reached an agreement with a shareholder group led by Abrams Capital over the board composition of Castle Private Equity AG. With that agreement, the shares held by Castle Private Equity AG and subsidiaries became subject to a (separate) organised group disclosure. Consequently, Castle Private Equity's stand-alone shareholding reduced to zero. After the annual general meeting of Castle Private Equity AG on 12 April 2012, the organised group with respect to the board composition in connection with the AGM dated 12 April 2012 has been dissolved. With that dissolution, Castle Private Equity's stand-alone shareholding amounted to 4.81 per cent of shares issued.
