(Registered Office: 1 Poultry, London, EC2R 8EJ, UK), who acquired the shares on behalf of Aviva Life & Pensions UK Limited. 14,710 shares are beneficially owned by Aviva France SA (Registered Office: 80 Avenue de l'Europe, 92270 Bois-Colombes, France). Aviva France SA are a wholly owned subsidiary of Aviva plc, as are A.I.G.S. (Registered Office: 1 Poultry, London, EC2R 8EJ, UK), who acquired the shares on behalf of Aviva France SA.
