At the Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of Castle Alternative Invest AG ( Castle AI or the Company ) held on 15 May 2012 a share capital reduction by way of cancellation of 1,128,779 shares was approved. The cancellation process has now been completed and the shares duly cancelled. With regards to the listing of the Company's shares at the SIX Swiss Exchange, the cancellation becomes effective as of 24 August 2012 (date of exchange adjustment). From then on, the issued shares of the Company will amount to 16,352,817 registered shares with a par value of CHF 5 each. As a result of the cancellation, the Company's holding of its own shares will amount to 14.28% of the reduced issued share capital, comprising 1,519,487 treasury shares (9.29%) as well as 815,670 shares (4.99%) bought to date in the second line share buyback programmes but not yet cancelled.
