All of the voting rights attached to the securities owned by the various investment funds in the Sparinvest Group and institutional clients have until now been placed with Sparinvest Fondsmaeglerselskab A/S, being the investment advisor of them all, in order for this company to exercise the voting rights on behalf of all funds and subfunds managed by a daughter company in the Sparinvest Group. As a result of a merger between Sparinvest Fondsmaeglerselskab A/S and ID-Sparinvest A/S the voting rights in Micronas Semiconductor Holding, ISIN: CH0012337421, are transferred from Sparinvest Fondsmaeglerselskab A/S to ID-Sparinvest A/S. Thus, the voting rights held by ID Sparinvest A/S increase to 5.35%.
