The Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) on 14 May 2013 approved a share capital reduction by way of cancellation of 2,981,107 shares including 873,081 of the shares held in treasury. The cancellation process has now been completed and the shares duly cancelled. Thus, the issued shares of the Company will amount to 13,371,710 registered shares with a par value of CHF 5 each. This was duly published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce on 22 August 2013. As a result of the cancellation, the Company's holding of its own shares will amount to 3.35% of the reduced issued share capital, comprising 214,406 treasury shares (1.60%) as well as 233,500 shares (1.75%) bought to date in the second line share buyback programmes but not yet cancelled.
