Change in the company's registered capital. The shares in Castle Private Equity AG are owned by the following entities (each, a "Fund ): (i) Abrams Capital Partners I, LP., a Delaware limited partnership - 515,664 shares; (ii) Abrams Capital Partners II, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership 6,305,161 shares; (iii) Whitecrest Partners, LP, a Delaware limited partnership 832,853 shares; and (iv) Great Hollow International, L.P., a Cayman Islands limited partnership - 539,778 shares. The principal place of business of each Fund is 222 Berkeley Street, 21st Floor, Boston, MA 02116, USA. The Investment manager of each Fund is Abrams Capital Management, L.P. ("Abrams LP"). The general partner of Abrams LP is Abrams Capital Management, LLC ("Abrams LLC"), a Delaware limited liability company. David Abrams is the managing member of Abrams LLC and, in such capacity, Mr. Abrams controls Abrams LLC. The principal place of business of Abrams LP and Abrams LLC is 222 Berkeley Street, 21st Floor, Boston, MA 02116, USA. Pursuant to an investment management agreement between each Fund and Abrams LP, Abrams LP makes all investment decisions and exercises all voting rights on behalf of the Funds.
