Acting in its capacity as US registered investment adviser, First Eagle Investment Management, LLC ("FEIM") sold 20'571 shares of Autoneum Holding AG ("Autoneum") on October 15, 2013 on behalf of various client accounts. As a result, FEIM's ownership in Autoneum decreased below the 5% threshold to 216'366 shares, or 4,63% of the outstanding voting rights of Autoneum. Please also note that 17'945 of the 20'571 shares sold by FEIM on October 15, 2013 were on behalf of the First Eagle Overseas Fund (the "Fund"). As a result the Fund's ownership decreased to 187'745 shares, or 4,02% of the outstanding voting rights of Autoneum.
