Swiss Property Investment Group SA, Montreux, (SPIG) is of the opinion that the initial purchase of 27.48% of New Value AG shares from Macornay Investment SA, Panama, (Macornay) (today increased up to 28.8%) has been only delayed (contrary to the publication of Macornay SA dated 08 January 2014). The purchase is today secured by an irrevocable contract between the two parties. The purchase of 162 510 Treasury shares from New Value has been delayed as well.
