As a result of a merger between ID-Sparinvest A/S and another group affiliate, Sparinvest S.A. on the 7th May 2014, the voting rights in Rieter Holding AG, ISIN CH0003671440 are transferred from ID-Sparinvest S.A. which trough its Danish branch, ID-Sparinvest, Filial of Sparinvest S.A., Luxembourg, will carry out the administration and investment advisory services for the funds and discretionary mandates in the Sparinvest group after the merger. Sparinvest S.A. is a 100% subsidiary of Sparinvest Holdings SE. Thus, the voting rights held by Sparinvest S.A. and exercised by its branch ID-Sparinvest, Filial of Sparinvest S.A., Luxembourg increases to 3.35%.
