Castle Alternative Invest AG (the "Company") currently operates a second trading line on the SIX Swiss Exchange (ticker: CASNE). Under the current buyback programme, the Company has to date (September 03, 2014) purchased 1,286,000 shares on its second trading line of which 911,000 shares have been cancelled in August 2014. It is intended that the remaining 375,000 shares, currently held by the company will also be cancelled in due course. Accordingly, the Company reports a total holding of 3.03% of its own shares.
