Mobimo executed two separate transactions agreements with each of JJM Holding SA and LO holding Lausanne-Ouchy S.A., with regard to a voluntary public tender offer according to the pre-announcement of Mobimo published online on July 23, 2009 and in the NZZ and Le Temps on July 27. The group holds the following participation in LO holding Lausanne-Ouchy S.A. Mobimo Holding AG: 26'106 shares representing 21.8% of the voting and capital rights (as per the disclosure notification dated [July 24, 2009]) JJM Holding SA: 42'846 shares representing 35.7% of the voting and capital rights LO holding Lausanne-Ouchy S.A.: 500 treasury shares representing 0.4% of the capital rights In total: 69'452 representing 57.9% of the voting rights and 57.9% of the capital rights.
