Massachusets Mutual Life Insurance Company ("Massmutual") is the ultimate parent company of several subsidiaries, including for purposes of this matter: MassMutual Holdings LLC, Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp., OppenheimerFunds, Inc. and OFI Institutional Asset Management, Inc. MassMutual Holdings LLC (1295 State Street, Springfield, MA 01111 U.S.A.) is a holding company for certain "MassMutual" subsidiaries. It is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of MassMutual and the direct parent of Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp. Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp.(225 Liberty Street, New York, New York 10281 U.S.A.) is the holding company for certain "Massmutual" subsidiaries, and is the direct parent of OppenheimerFunds, Inc. OppenheimerFunds, Inc. is the direct parent company of OFI Institutional Asset Management. Inc. OppenheimerFunds, Inc., and OFI Institutional Asset Management, Inc.
