Mondobiotech Holding AG's extraordinary general shareholders' meeting on 14/09/2011 has approved the creation of a single share type. As a consequence, the unchanged share capital of Mondobiotech Holding AG consists now of no. 68'917'580 registered shares with a par value of CHF 0.01 each. Because of this, the participation of this Group has fallen below the 66 2/3% treshold. The Stiftung PMSERV owns 95.54% of the share capital of BIOPHARMAinvest AG. The remaining 4.46% is held by former Board members and Executive Committee members of Mondobiotech Holding AG.Due to the small amount of such minority participation, all Mondobiotech Holding AG's shares held by BIOPHARMAinvest are attributed to this Group.
