(i.e., Dover Street VII AIV L.P., Secondary Overflow Fund AIV L.P., HVPE Avalon Co-Investment L.P. and Dover Street VII Secondary Co-Investment L.P.) regarding their shares in HarbourVest Acquisition S.à r.l. ******* Remarks regarding the facts and circumstances triggering the obligation to notify: Change of the composition of the group acting in concert with regard to Absolute Private Equity AG by Luxinva S.A. acquiring shares in HarbourVest Acquisition S.à r.l.
