Biopharma Invest AG grants to mondoBIOTECH holding AG a conditional purchase right for up to a maximum number of 30'000'000 paid in and issued registered shares which are listed at the SIX Swiss Exchange. The so granted purchase right may be exercised by mondoBIOTECH holding AG only after signing a binding agreement with an independent investor committing to purchase such sharesm with whom negotiations are underway. After occurrence if the condition, mondoBIOTECH holding AG may exercise the purchase right during a period from 1st July 2012 until 31st July 2015 12 p.m. by tranches always once a month to acquire up to a maximum number of 2'500'000 registered shares.
