The 100% shareholder of RHL is TZ Columbus Services Ltd., Pasea Estate, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Island as trustee of the Columbus Trust, a trust established under the laws of Cayman Islands, whose ultimate beneficial beneficiary is Mr. Vekselberg.
