Change of corporate name of two entities: OFI Institutional Asset Management, Inc., and OFI Trust Company changed their names to OFI Global Institutional, Inc. and OFI Global Trust Company, respectively (Art. 21 para.4 SESTO-FINMA). Oppenheimer Funds Inc.and OFI Global Institutional, Inc are investment managers that independently exercise their respective voting powers on behalf of the clients and investment funds whose assets they are managing (Art. 9 para. 2 SESTO-FINMA). The 6.69% holding of Oppenheimer International Growth Fund is included in the total holding reported by MassMutual in the present notification. MassMutual is the parent company of several subsidiaries, including for purposes of this matter, MassMutual Holdings LLC and MM Asset Management Holding LLC,Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp., OppenheimerFunds, Inc., OFI Global Trust Company, OFI Global Institutional,Inc., MassMutual Baring Holdings LLC, MassMutual Holdings (Bermuda) Limited, Baring Asset Management Limited and Baring Fund Managers Limited. MassMutual Holding LLC is a holding company for certain MassMutual subsidiaries, including MM Asset Management Holding LLC. MM Asset Management Holding LLC is a holding company for certain MassMutual subsidiaries, including Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp and MassMutual Baring Holding LLC. Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp is the holding company for certain MassMutual subsidiaries, including OppenheimerFunds, Inc. OppenheimerFunds, Inc. is the direct parent company of OFI Global Institutional, Inc. OFI Global Institutional, Inc.is the direct parent company of OFI Global Trust Company. OppenheimerFunds, Inc.and OFI Global Institutional Inc. are investment managers that independently exercise their respective voting powers on behalf of the clients and investment funds whose assets they are managing. MassMutual Baring Holding LLC is the holding company for MssMutual Holdings (Bermuda) Limited. MassMutual Holdings (Bermuda) Limited is the holding company for Baring Asset Management Lmited. Baring Asset Management Limited is the parent company of Baring Fund Managers Limited. Among the shares reported in the Annex, 4'818'102 shares (representing 6.69%) are beneficially owned by Oppenheimer International Growth Fund (which is managed by OppenheimerFunds, Inc.).
