Ordinary capital increase dated 07.05.2013 The Board and Management Group consists of 10 members which after the capital increase collectively hold a total of 2,890,882 shares and a total of 145,714 option rights, amounting to a total of 3.60% of the voting rights in the Company. The Board and Management Group shall end 90 days after the first trading day of the new shares (i.e., 6 August 2013). The member of the Board and Management Group who holds the highest amount of shares in the Company, Peter Pauli, Schallengasse 21, 4313 Möhlin, Switzerland, holds a total of 2,416,612 shares amounting to 2.868% of the voting rights in the Company (based on the total issued shares of the Company registered in the commercial register as of the date hereof). None of the other 9 members of the Board and Management Group hold shares which amount to more than 3% of the voting rights in the Company. The individual member of the Board and Management Group does not have to be disclosed separately in accordance with Notice I / 09 Fulfilment of disclosure obligations in the prospectus .
